As we start a New Year, I am excited for what the future holds. Life is moving in a positive direction. Workouts are going good and the diet is consistently low carb with a sprinkle of vegetables. My goal this year is to be more consistent with addressing my abs and core. I recently stumbled upon a YouTube video where Dr Jim Stoppani challenged people to do 10 sets of a specific exercise a day to hit all major body parts. One of the exercises was a simple plank. The goal is to complete 10 one minute planks a day. I stumbled upon the video late one afternoon and told myself I would attempt this challenge during the evening hours. Well… I was able to complete the challenge while watching television. I could feel my core and abs burning and engaged. The goal now is to do this every other day. Its a killer!
