Hello DadBodFit family. Hope all is well and the New Years bodybis ciming along nicely! I’m gonna get right down to business. I like pizza. Heck I actually love pizza!!! The problem is, it’s very unhealthy. At least usually it is very unhealthy. Well I was at work recently and talked with a person that is in the low carb Keto diet. Ow I don’t follow that but sometimes talk about it with folks that do it. I like to learn about different diet plans as I receive may questions about nutrition. This particular day this person was eating pizza that was made in a Fathead crust. I first thought that was a brand name and the. Realized it’s more of a style of crust. Well I tweaked it a little bit and prepared it yesterday and BAM! It was pretty dang good. So here it goes.

3/4 up of oat flour (Keto diet uses almond flour) for the oat flour we just used oatmeal and put it in a blender for a minute or so. Worked great
1 1/2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons low fat cream cheese
1 egg
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Microwave cream cheese and mozzarella for 1 minute. Add egg and onion and garlic powder. Wet your hands. Then just kneed it out on a pizza stone or pan. We used wax paper and then kinda flipped it onto a pizza stone. Use a fork and poke holes in it to prevent bubbles. Bake in preheated oven set at 425 for 8 minutes. Take it out and poke any bubbles that might have formed. Add desired toppings and bake 12 more minutes. The dough won’t be very crispy. More like the consistancy of deep dish. His stuff is pretty good. We used turkey sausage, turkey pepperoni, low fat hamburger meat, low fat mozzarella cheese, black olives, bell peppers and onions. It was the best “healthy” pizza i’ve ever had by far. Give it a try. Hope you enjoy it. I like to call it FATARM pizza but I’m obsessed with having big arms!! Call it what ya want. It’s darn good.
